Spartans Cruise Past Everett in 133-33 Victory

The Stanwood Spartans cruised to a dominant 133-33 win over Everett at the Stanwood-Camano YMCA. The team showed strength across the board, led by standout performances in both individual and relay events.

The Spartans opened the meet with a first-place finish in the 200-yard medley relay, followed by strong individual swims from Alora de Vera in the 200- and 100-yard freestyle, Ryane Wright in the 200-yard individual medley and 500-yard freestyle, and Alex Marquis in the 50-yard freestyle. The 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard freestyle relay teams also took top honors, rounding out a comprehensive team victory.

With contributions from Sarah Veazey, Anna Paul, Olivia Otto, Sophie Plano, and the rest of the squad, Stanwood’s depth and versatility were on full display, giving the Spartans a convincing win over Everett.
