Stanwood Takes Monroe to Second Overtime Before Late Goal Decides Match

Monroe got on the board first with a goal from SeRi Park, but Stanwood quickly responded when Kendall Rhodes scored a direct kick to even the match. Late in the second half, Leisse Harris put the Spartans ahead 2-1, only for Monroe to answer shortly after and tie it once again. The game went into double overtime, and with less than 15 seconds left in the second golden goal period, Elizabeth Cook scored the game-winner to give Monroe the victory
