Spartans Surge Late, Shut Down Bearcats in 7–4 Comeback Win

Stanwood Spartans rallied with authority, scoring five unanswered runs between the fourth and sixth innings to defeat the Monroe Bearcats 7–4. Trailing early, Stanwood flipped the game with timely hitting and a dominant performance in the circle from Addi Anderson.

Anderson closed out the final three innings in commanding fashion, allowing just one hit while striking out four and issuing no walks to preserve the win. Offensively, Taylor Almanza led the charge, going 2-for-3 with a double and driving in three runs. Anderson also contributed at the plate, finishing 2-for-4 with a stolen base, a run scored, and an RBI as the Spartans improved to 14-2 overall.
